A review of the Shawnee County Department of Corrections booking report from July 18 shows several people were arrested on allegations involving children, including one man accused of possessing child sexual abuse material and four others facing charges related to child endangerment or providing alcohol to a minor.
The most serious allegation involves Jericho Chevell Lancaster, 22, who was booked Thursday morning on a felony charge of sexual exploitation of a child for allegedly possessing media depicting a child under the age of 18. Lancaster was held on a $250,000 cash or professional surety bond. The booking report lists the case as 26CR1374. As with all criminal cases, the charge is an allegation and has not been proven in court.

The report also shows several arrests tied to allegations of placing children in dangerous situations.
Cecil NMN Junior Clayton, 58, was booked on charges of:

- Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon
- Aggravated endangering a child by recklessly placing a child under 18 in danger
- Criminal possession of a firearm by a prohibited person
Clayton was booked without bond.
Two people were arrested in what appears to be the same investigation involving allegations of child endangerment and drug paraphernalia:
- Brittney Storm Eldridge, 31, was booked on charges of aggravated endangering a child and possession of drug paraphernalia.

- Jeffrey Donald Beach, 40, was booked on the same two charges.

Both were held without bond.
Another child-related arrest involved Monica Darlene Rangel, 27, who was booked on a charge of furnishing alcohol or cereal malt beverage to a minor. Her bond was set at $1,000 own recognizance.

The Shawnee County booking report reflects arrests made by multiple law enforcement agencies and does not indicate guilt. All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
