TOPEKA, Kan. — A Topeka man, Qua’Dream Keon Williams, 24, is being held in the Shawnee County Jail on a $500,000 bond following his arrest for multiple child sex offenses.
According to Shawnee County District Attorney Mike Kagay, Williams was first arrested in May 2025 on a parole violation. He was transferred back to the Kansas Department of Corrections on July 8 and served that sentence at Norton Correctional Facility. Upon his release on September 5, 2025, he was immediately booked into the Shawnee County Jail at 4:10 p.m. under an arrest warrant tied to child sex crime allegations.
Authorities said the alleged crimes occurred in May 2025 in the 1300 block of S.W. Harrison Street in Topeka.

Williams faces several felony charges, including:
- Aggravated indecent liberties with a child (intercourse)
- Criminal sodomy with a child over 14 but under 16
- Sexual exploitation of a minor under 18 (possession of media)
- Indecent liberties with a child (lewd fondling, ages 14–16)
- Indecent solicitation of a child for a sex act
- Aggravated battery (knowingly causing great bodily harm or disfigurement)
