A 24-year-old Topeka man has been arrested and booked into the Shawnee County Department of Corrections on multiple serious child sex crime charges, according to jail records.
Qua’ Dream Keon Williams, born August 7, 2001, was booked Friday, September 5, 2025, at 4:10 p.m.
Williams faces a series of felony charges, including:
- Aggravated indecent liberties with a child; intercourse
- Criminal sodomy; with a child over 14 and under 16 years of age
- Sexual exploitation of a child; possession of media of a minor under 18
- Indecent liberties with a child; lewd fondling of a child between 14 and 16 years old
- Indecent solicitation of a child; sex act with a child
- Aggravated battery; knowingly causing great bodily harm or disfigurement
Bond has been set at $500,000 cash or professional surety.
Due to the nature of the charges, further details on the investigation are not yet available. Authorities have not indicated whether additional suspects or victims are involved.
