Driving Under the Influence (DUI) – other competent evidence
Transporting an Open Container
No Driver’s License
Each charge carries a $2,500 bond, but records show Garcia-Fuentes is currently being held without bond due to both a Hold for Positive Identification and an ICE detainer.
