TOPEKA, Kan. — A Topeka man is in custody without bond following a series of serious felony charges, including allegations related to child exploitation and interference with law enforcement.

William Joseph Harris III, 39, was booked into the Shawnee County Department of Corrections on the evening of June 4, 2025, at approximately 8:55 p.m. According to booking records, Harris faces multiple charges stemming from separate warrants, including one filed by the Kansas Bureau of Investigation.
