TOPEKA 
– Governor Laura Kelly announced Monday that Olivia Taylor-Puckett has joined the Kelly administration to serve as communications director.

“Olivia’s deep Kansas roots and extensive expertise make her an ideal leader for my communications team,” Governor Laura Kelly said. “I welcome her insight and look forward to working with her in this role.”

Taylor-Puckett joins the Kelly administration after serving as the senior communications advisor to the Arizona Democratic Party. She previously worked as communications director for Congresswoman Susan Wild (PA-07) and the New Jersey Democratic Assembly Campaign Committee.

“It is an honor to join Governor Kelly’s administration and serve the people of Kansas,” said Olivia Taylor-Puckett. “I look forward to sharing with Kansans Governor Kelly’s leadership in fully funding public education, investing in the state’s infrastructure, and championing economic development.”

A Kansas native, Taylor-Puckett holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Kansas.
