TOPEKA, Kan. — Omni Circle Group has partnered with Kansas City-based software company Cyphr to launch a free online platform designed to help Topeka entrepreneurs prepare for financing and business growth.
The platform allows business owners to complete a Capital Readiness Assessment, receive a readiness score and develop a personalized action plan to improve their chances of securing funding. Entrepreneurs can also connect business banking information to generate financial statements formatted for lenders.
The initiative builds on Omni Circle’s Advancing Digital Opportunities to Promote Technology (ADOPT) program, supported by the Kansas Department of Commerce. Through the program, Omni has distributed more than 300 free laptops and provided digital literacy and financial education resources to area residents.
“Getting a laptop into someone’s hands can open a door, but we wanted people to have the knowledge and support to use that technology to grow,” said Michael Odupitan, Omni Circle CEO.
Cyphr co-founders Jannae and Alaia Gammage introduced the platform to local entrepreneurs during an Oct. 22 presentation at Omni Circle.
