Victory! Excellence is supporting the local flavors that keep the 785 family energized and moving forward. Today, I’m looking at Toppers Pizza over on 21st Street near Washburn, a spot that’s become familiar to a whole lot of Topeka families.
Whether it’s a late-night craving after a big game, grabbing pizza for the family, or picking up those famous Topperstix, there’s something to be said for a place that keeps showing up and serving its community year after year.
And Topeka family, consistency matters.
We often think about success as something that happens all at once—a big moment, a big opportunity or a big breakthrough. But most strong foundations aren’t built that way. They’re built one brick at a time. You show up. You do the work. You keep going. Then you wake up one day and realize you’ve built something that lasts.
The same thing is true in business, in our families and in our own lives.
That’s part of what these 785 Victories are about. I want us to notice the businesses, workers and people who make up the everyday fabric of Topeka. Sometimes it’s the restaurant where your family has been ordering pizza for years. Sometimes it’s the person behind the counter who remembers your order. Sometimes it’s simply a place connected to a hundred little memories you didn’t realize you were making at the time.
So today, Toppers Pizza gets a 785 Victory.
