If you are looking for a great family outing this weekend, This Is Topeka has introduced an innovative Interactive Christmas Lights Display Map and Route, guiding you to the city’s most dazzling holiday displays, making it easier than ever to experience the city’s holiday magic. The map highlights Topeka’s best Christmas light displays, divided into three convenient areas: Topeka West, Topeka North/Central, and Topeka East. Each light loop features recommended pit stops for snacks and hot cocoa, creating the perfect family-friendly outing. Whether planning your night out or looking for hidden gems, this tool ensures a stress-free and memorable holiday experience. Perfect for families, it takes the guesswork out of planning the ultimate holiday outing.
For those looking to celebrate Christmas in style and have the pics to prove it, Bring the whole family to West Ridge Mall to visit Santa Claus! Santa will be available for visits from November 16th to December 24th. There will be special hours for Pet Night with Santa and Sensory Santa.
Children can shop for gifts from different vendors at the Garfield Community Center. Free gift wrapping is included. All items are $10 or less. Interested in being a vendor, call 785-251-6886 to register. Booth spaces are $40.
