Laurence Edward Stewart was born on May, 13th 1956 to Russell & Myrna Stewart.

Throughout the different chapters of his life, Larry enjoyed Acrylic Painting, bowling, playing drums during teen years, competing in foosball tournaments, playing pool, playing spades with his Navy friends, scuba diving, airbrush painting tee-shirts for his kids, working on his hotrods with his guy friends, riding motorcycles, and a great mustang enthusiast.

Laurence always had a deep love for fishing, enjoyed men’s fashions during his young adult life. Enjoyed photography and developing his own film.

Was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, local union 124, Kansas City, Mo Larry was a Veteran of the US Navy, he served 1974 – 1978 he was very proud of his service. Larry had a great love for Jesus Christ and his family. Laurence attended the Destiny Revival Ministries.intl. Laurence had a big heart, if he had it he shared it with whoever was in need.

He is survived by his wife Michelle of 38 years and his 6 children Nick, Loni, Blake, Alyssa, Christian and Elijah and Grandchildren, Hannah, Kaydence, Nick Jr, Noah, Layden, Baya, Mia, Samuel and one baby boy on the way. Two great-grandchildren, Mattox, Graylyn. Laurence is also survived by his only brother David and his children, David jr, Kimberly, Tommy, Hannah

Laurence Stewart passed on March 4th, 2025. Celebration of Life service will be held for Laurence at Seaman Community Church on April, 26th, 2025 at 2pm.
