Stop scrolling, Topeka family!
Victory!!
Excellence is found when we recognize the progress happening right here in our own backyard!
And today, I’ve got some exciting news for my 785 family!
The Walmart on California Avenue in Southeast Topeka is getting a fuel station! ⛽
That’s right, family! Another addition to our community, another convenience for our neighbors, and another brick in the foundation of the Topeka we’re building together.
Now, I know what some of you are thinking. It’s just a gas station, Victory!
But hear me out.
Sometimes we get so focused on the big developments, the new buildings, and the major announcements that we forget to appreciate the smaller improvements that make everyday life a little easier.
Think about it. You’re already stopping at Walmart to pick up groceries, grab something for the kids, or get supplies for that project you’ve been putting off. Soon, you’ll have another option to fuel up while you’re there.
That’s convenience. That’s progress. And that’s something worth talking about!
I’ve always believed that building a stronger Topeka starts with recognizing the opportunities right in front of us.
Our city isn’t going to transform overnight. It happens one investment, one business, one neighborhood, and one family at a time.
And while we’re celebrating new development, let’s remember that the real foundation of the 785 isn’t made of concrete or steel.
It’s made of people.
It’s the hardworking families getting up every morning, the neighbors looking out for one another, and the people who believe that our best days are still ahead of us.
That’s the mansion mindset, family! We don’t just dream about a better community. We recognize the progress, support one another, and keep building toward it.
Now, I want to hear from YOU!
Southeast Topeka family, how do you feel about the new Walmart fuel station?
Is this something you’ve been waiting for? Will it make your shopping trips easier? Or is there something else you’d rather see coming to the California Avenue area?
Let’s get the conversation going, because everybody deserves a voice in the blueprint of our community!
And remember, family, progress doesn’t always arrive with a ribbon-cutting ceremony or a giant announcement. Sometimes it starts with a simple sign that says “Fuel Coming Soon.”
Keep your eyes on the good things happening around you. Keep encouraging your neighbors. And never stop believing in what we can build together.
Drop a “Victory!” if you’re excited to see Southeast Topeka growing!
Until next time, 785 family, keep moving forward, keep building the foundation, and keep that mansion mindset alive!
Victory!!
