A 75-year-old man is currently in custody at the Shawnee County Jail facing a series of serious sex crime charges, according to booking records obtained Wednesday.
Warren Hardy Eteeyan was booked on April 14, 2026, just before 1:00 p.m. on three felony allegations: rape in the second degree, sexual assault, and deviate sexual intercourse. All charges fall under Kansas statute 26-151.
Court records show that Eteeyan is being held without bond, indicating the severity of the allegations and the potential risk factors considered by the court at the time of booking.
Authorities have not yet released additional details surrounding the alleged incidents, including when they occurred or whether there are multiple victims involved. As of now, no formal court date has been listed in the publicly available records.
The case remains under investigation, and it is unclear if further charges could be filed.
