TOPEKA, Kan. (November 6, 2025) — Three men were taken into custody early Thursday morning following a reported burglary investigation that led officers to multiple suspects across Topeka.
According to Shawnee County Jail records, all three men were booked between 7:40 and 7:55 a.m. on November 6 and remain held without bond.
Charles Travis Junior Lolar, 20
Lolar faces charges of aggravated burglary involving a dwelling and theft of unknown value. He was booked at 7:55 a.m. under warrant number 2025-31147 and is currently being held without bond.
Kylin Trevion Goudeau, 24
Goudeau was arrested minutes earlier at 7:45 a.m. and faces charges of aggravated burglary, theft from a building, and a probation violation. Jail records show he is also being held without bond.
Jaquan Leon Taylor, 21
Taylor was booked at 7:40 a.m. and faces multiple charges including aggravated burglary, criminal damage to property, and criminal threat. He is also being held without bond pending further court action.
All three arrests were made by Agency KS0890000, and no release dates or court appearances had been posted as of Thursday morning.
Authorities have not yet released additional details about the burglary investigation or whether the suspects are connected to the same incident.
