A local social media personality @Smilesremember2Smile was booked into the Shawnee County Department of Corrections Wednesday afternoon on a charge of criminal damage to property, according to jail records.
Abigail Iris Johnson Funk, 30, of Topeka, was booked at 1:15 p.m. on July 22. Jail records indicate she was arrested on a warrant alleging criminal damage to property; intentional damage. Her bond was set at $750 professional surety (PS).
According to booking information, the charge stems from warrant number 2026-59047. As of publication, no additional details about the alleged incident, including the location of the reported property damage or the circumstances leading to the warrant, had been released publicly.
Funk has built a following on social media and is known by many in the Topeka area through her online presence. An arrest, however, is not a conviction. The criminal charge remains an allegation, and she is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
