It’s been more than a month since 25-year-old Kaden Zubler disappeared from Topeka, and the search for him continues.
Kaden was last seen on the evening of May 15 near the intersection of NW Morse Street and Topeka Boulevard. Surveillance footage captured him walking northbound that night—more than four miles from where he had been seen earlier on camera near 17th and Topeka Boulevard.
Since then, no credible leads have emerged.
“Every single lead has been false, but we are still counting on you to help us find him,” reads a recent post from Kaden’s family on their Facebook page, Missing Kaden Zubler Updates.

The family is adamant that this disappearance is out of character.
“People have said: ‘He’s a grown man, so let him be.’ With all due respect: every single person who knows him would verify he is not a person to wander off, run away, or join a homeless camp. He just isn’t.”
Kaden—known affectionately as “Zube” to friends and family—is described as responsible, independent, and deeply connected to those who care about him. He owns his own home, worked full-time after graduating from Washburn Tech, and was known for his distinctive laugh and loyal personality.

Family and friends continue to canvass neighborhoods, distribute flyers, and ask businesses and residents to check any security footage from the night of May 15. The family has raised the reward for information to $5,000.
Local online forums on Facebook have been following the case, with users sharing observations, theories, and suggestions, but so far no new verifiable leads have surfaced.
The family also recently posted a video clip showing Kaden speaking and moving, hoping that seeing his mannerisms and hearing his voice might help jog someone’s memory.
