TOPEKA – Governor Laura Kelly, in accordance with Executive Order #20-30, on Thursday, directed flags be flown at half-staff in Johnson County, Kansas from sunup to sundown on Monday, Feb. 24, 2025, in honor of former State Representative Robert “Bob” Tomlinson.
“Representative Tomlinson had a long and storied career in public service,” Governor Laura Kelly said. “His contributions have significantly influenced our state. My condolences go out to his family.”
