Governor Kelly Orders Flags Flown at Full-Staff for Remainder of Inauguration Day

TOPEKA – Kansas Governor Laura Kelly has directed flags throughout the state to be flown at full-staff for the remainder of Inauguration Day, following a directive from President Trump.

Flags will return to half-staff at sunrise on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, and will remain at half-staff until sunset on January 28, 2025, to honor former President Jimmy Carter.
